Senior Frontend Developer

Ambition are working with an IT services companies to support them and their clients with an on-going, complex digital transformation project. As part of the next phase of the project, they need a Senior Frontend Developer to join the team on a contract basis.

In this role, you'll work with the latest cross‑platform technologies to bring high‑performing mobile apps to life across iOS and Android.

You'll be expected to be hands‑on with Typescript and React/React Native, crafting polished interfaces and smooth user journeys. Working within the client's Expo environment (EAS / Expo Go), you'll help shape the future of their mobile platform and drive continuous improvement across the codebase.

You'll also play a key role in optimising their delivery workflows through Microsoft Azure DevOps, ensuring fast, reliable build and release pipelines that empower the team to move quickly.

You, as the ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer, working with React / React Native.
• Have full working rights in Australia (either PR or Citizenship)
• Be based in Sydney and willing to go into the office 2-3 days per week.

This is an urgent contract requirement due to new budget being secured to last an initial 4-5 months, with a very high chance of extension.
