Senior Finance Business Partner

This is a full-time position offering flexibility, with three days per week onsite in Maryborough.

About the Role

As a Senior Financial Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing critical financial insights that shape commercial decisions. You'll deliver cost modelling, profitability analysis, and strategic recommendations that drive business performance. You will be working onsite in Maryborough each week to collaborate closely with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dynamic cost models (COGS) and profitability analysis
• Deliver financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to support commercial strategies
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks
• Provide scenario planning and strategic recommendations

What We're Looking For

• CA/CPA qualified with strong commercial finance experience
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail is highly regarded
• Advanced financial modelling and analysis skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex data clearly
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and collaborative
