Within this company, the Everyday Products Crew is focused on creating innovative banking solutions. This role sits within the Retail Advanced Analytics and Data Office (RAAD), a team dedicated to optimising customer engagement through sophisticated data analytics. You'll be part of the Everyday Customer Segments squad, working on strategies that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Design and execute customised regulatory and mandatory customer communication campaigns.
- Solve complex business challenges using advanced analytics and problem-solving techniques.
- Build customer trust and advocacy through insightful data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and introduce innovative data solutions.
Key Requirements
