Senior Data Analyst

The role
Join a purpose driven medical technology business who's just completed Series C funding. Reporting into the Head of Data & Analytics, you'll be leading a small team and building out analytics solutions across the enterprise.

What you'll be doing:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Improve the customer experience across web and mobile applications.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Tableau to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Utilize Databricks for data processing, transformation, and advanced analytics.
• Implement and manage data storage solutions on AWS, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Solid understanding of SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
• Expertise in Cloud services, ideally AWS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
