Senior Commercial Analyst - Global FMCG Brand

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role sits at the centre of the commercial team and partners closely with Sales/ Marketing and Supply Chain to drive performance and support strategic growth initiatives. You will also take ownership of improving finance processes and helping the team operate more efficiently as the business continues to scale.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the full month end process including accruals, balance sheet reconciliations and P/L variance analysis
• Deliver clear, insightful management reporting that highlights performance, trends and opportunities
• Support annual budgets and regular forecasts, providing meaningful variance commentary
• Partner with Sales on pricing and trade investment programs aligned to revenue targets
• Build financial models and scenario analysis to support new projects and growth plans
• Analyse sales trends, pricing strategies and promotional activity
• Oversee invoicing, accruals, GST and excise returns, and support order to cash processes
• Support statutory reporting, governance and audit requirements
• Present clear and practical recommendations to leaders

About you

• CA or CPA qualified
• Experience in FMCG, retail or a product led environment
• Strong commercial mindset with the confidence to influence stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI essential
• Comfortable in a fast paced, high growth environment
