Senior Business Intelligence Developer (MSBI Stack)

Client Details

One of the major Engineering players globally are looking to onboard multiple Senior BI Developers as they embark on what will be the biggest BI Digital Transformation project of their kind in Australia.

The Opportunity

This role is perfect for a Senior BI Developer who has strong commercial experience in end-to-end BI development across the MSBI technology stack.

Key Duties Include

• Support and enhance the data warehouse, cloud data platform and BI environment.
• Develop and deliver Power BI Dashboards.
• Write T-SQL queries and run ETL (SSIS) processes.
• Data modelling and cube development (SSAS).

Skills and Experience

• Extensive commercial development experience in all levels of the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack, including the SQL Server data platform, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and PowerBI.
• Must have strong technical proficiency in T-SQL.
• Experience with Azure technologies and services (ADF, Data Lake, Databricks)
• Deep understanding of data warehouse principals and experience in developing and implementing a data warehouse on the Microsoft BI platform.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills as you will need to engage with a broad range of business stakeholders.
