Are you an experienced Salesforce Platform Owner / Admin / Functional Consultant?

Are you comfortable working as the sole Salesforce SME?

Do you want to help a company get the most out of their Salesforce solution?

Ambition are working with a small business to support them in hiring a Salesforce Platform Owner.

This role will suit someone who has come from a Salesforce Administration or Functional Consultant background and is comfortable being the sole Salesforce professional in the business, facing off to stakeholders and supporting the business with BAU tasks as well as project work.

You, as the ideal candidate MUST have:

  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Functional Consultant or Salesforce Platform Owner.
  • Previous experience working on Sales and Service Cloud
  • Previous experience working within Financial Services / Insurance
  • Previous experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, create these solutions 'out of the box' and provide training to users.
  • Full Working Rights in Australia and able to get into the CBD offices a few days per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day configurations on the platform, including FLOW building and
  • Working with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide insights on how the platform can be used and providing training for end users.
  • Suggesting new ideas of how Salesforce can solve business problems and delivering these changes.

This will be a fulltime, permanent role paying $130-150K plus super
