Risk Front Office Consultant

Job description

The Front Office Consultant role suits someone who have:

  • Studied Finance/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Quant Finance/ Economics/ STEM and has an interest in technology (simply because they are a technology company!)
  • Or a double degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology and Finance/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Quant Finance/ Economics with an interest in capital markets, risks and all things financial services
  • 0-2 years of working experience (This is not a senior role)
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills as this is a client facing role

What will this Front Office Consultant do?

  • Gather business requirements from clients and perform configurations, tests and assistance to clients during software implementation and system version upgrades
  • Manage requests from clients in compliance with internal lifecycle, including, but not limited to testing and communication with the product team
  • Report issues and suggestions to the development center
  • Ensure successful follow up of client cases, from notification, through to resolution and validation via email, CRM portal, phone calls and on-site visits
