Ambition has been exclusively engaged to recruit a Project Manager / Product Manager for a Brisbane based Technology startup.

Overview

Partnered with a USA Tech Giant, they are launching a large project (starting late 2020) and are looking for a Project Manager/Product Manager to manage the project, co-ordinate project partners, manage the team and deliver firmware to product level specifications for worldwide distribution. Initially on a 9-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension. Open to interstate candidates looking to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the development team of 10-12 team members
  • Liaising with project partners (OEM, ODM, testing and suppliers of main parts of the system)
  • Release and worldwide distribution of software and firmware
  • Productization
  • Software design, testing and verification

Required Experience

  • Managing technical teams (preferably software and electronics)
  • Software integration onto hardware
  • Deployment of commercial software products to market
  • Background with embedded systems and/or FPGAs (desirable)
