Project Consultant - MSP

Join a high-performing, national MSP in Sydney who are looking for a Project Consultant to join their team after huge growth and success across the country. They have a broad range of clients working with small, medium and enterprise businesses. You'll be part of a team of Project Consultants, collaborating on large-scale projects while also having autonomy over your own workload. This Project Consultant role will deliver end-to-end projects, across hybrid and cloud environments, M365, Modern Workplace, Azure and Security.

Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end delivery of a variety of projects across hybrid and cloud environment, focusing on M365, Azure, Modern Workplace and Security.
  • Attend client meetings to ensure requirements are gathered and client satisfaction is upheld
  • Act as a high-level point of escalation for the BAU team when needed
  • Ensure workload is accurately documented and successfully handed over to the BAU team

Experience required:

  • Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end in an MSP environment
  • Strong experience across M365 environments, including deployment, administration and optimisation
  • Hands-on experience with Sophos cyber security solutions (firewalls, endpoint, security policies)
  • Proven experience delivering tenant-to-tenant migrations
  • Technical capability across Intune, Azure, networking, firewalls and switching
