This people first organisation now has a leadership opening for a career focussed individual who wants to develop their people management skills whilst taking responsibility for project managing business critical initiatives.

The role will have operational management responsibility for an experienced team of highly capable call centre specialists that provide incoming and outgoing communication to their members. The role will also provide Project Management expertise to deliver business/technology projects - (Agile, Hybrid Agile)

This role would suit an operational Team Leader from a financial services background (Superannuation, Wealth, Banking, Insurance) that is looking for that next step in their management career who can also bring proven Project Management capabilities and experience.

Reporting to the Executive GM this high performing leader will coach and mentor the successful candidate to develop their skills as a people leader.

Interested candidates should have outstanding EQ, initiative, a collaborative approach, and commitment to delivering great outcomes for the organisation, its people, and the members.

This is a 12-month renewable fixed term contract.

Circa $120,000 plus 14.5% Superannuation.
