National IT Manager

Job description

This fast growth fast food retailer is going from strength to strengh across the country and is quickly growing a reutation as the go to in their area of specialisation.

The IT Manager is responsible for maximising efficiencies and enhancing business performance through the management and leadership of the Information Technology and Telecommunications platforms. Key components of this role include leadership & development of the IT team, delivery of all projects, development of the long-term strategic IT plan and managing the IT Budget (Capex & Opex) to ensure maximum return on investment.

  • minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within an SME's within Quick Sale Food or multi site retail environments
  • Hands on IT manager with the with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong project management skills ( a number of projects in the pipeline following from an IT Audit) First is the implementation of an ERP system
  • Knowle3dge of Point of Sale Systems (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Power BI (this is being heavily championed across the business)
  • Experience in planning, developing and deploying new systems and systems integration
  • Experience in supporting a microsoft environment (Azure)
  • Restuarant / franchising desirable
