Management Accountant - Power BI Specialist

We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation that is investing heavily in elevating its FP&A capability, data environment, and automation. We're looking for a highly motivated, Management Accountant who loves bringing data and finance together to drive insights, build out dashboards, and improve reporting processes across the business.

The Opportunity

You'll join a specialist team of three that sits outside traditional BAU finance, focusing on new builds, automation, dashboarding, and enabling smarter decision‑making. This is a growth‑oriented role suited to someone early in their career who wants meaningful exposure and the chance to shape how a finance function operates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and enhancing Power BI dashboards and self‑service reporting tools
• Supporting forecasting, planning, and performance reporting
• Working with large, complex data sets to uncover insights for the FP&A function
• Streamlining processes, improving automation, and reducing manual work
• Collaborating with product, distribution, and finance stakeholders
• Supporting strategic improvement of BI infrastructure and data flows

Tech Stack You'll Work With

• Power BI
• SQL, Alteryx (nice to have)
• Exposure to QlikSense ideal but not essential

About You

• 2-3 years' post‑grad experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or commercial finance
• Strong analytical skillset and confidence handling large data sets
• A finance degree is ideal; CPA/CA not required
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a more unstructured, fast‑moving environment
• Confident communicator who can partner cross‑functionally
• Passion for BI, automation, and improving how finance operates
