What you'll be doing:

• Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and deliver clear insights
• Drive budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with Operations, Production and Engineering to monitor overheads and production performance
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions
• Support audit processes and fulfill audit requirements
• Maintain and enhance financial systems

Who you are:

• Strong in Advanced Excel
• Experience with Xero would be desirable
• Experience in a manufacturing would be a big plus
• Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You're proactive, detail-oriented and ready to make an impact
• Excellent communicator who can work cross-functionally with non-finance teams
