Learning & Development Manager

Lead national L&D | Drive capability, talent & culture | Industrial + corporate workforce

You'll shape the learning experience across a large and diverse workforce. This includes designing practical, fit‑for‑purpose programs, supporting future talent, and creating development pathways that build confidence, skill and safety across the business.

You'll lead a small, committed team and partner with leaders who value strength, straight talk, and a grounded, human approach.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and deliver engaging, fit‑for‑purpose learning programs
  • Lead a small L&D team and drive a national training calendar
  • Oversee leadership development, core training and DE&I initiatives
  • Manage graduate, apprenticeship and trainee programs
  • Support succession planning, talent pipelines and future capabilities
  • Enhance systems, processes and L&D compliance frameworks

About You

  • Strong L&D experience in complex or industrial settings
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Skilled in program design, project delivery and managing competing priorities
  • Confident working with both blue‑ and white‑collar workforces
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, L&D, Psychology, Business or similar
