Lead Business Analyst

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital transformation and stakeholder engagement? My client is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive enterprise-wide process improvements and deliver impactful digital solutions that enhance customer and member experiences.

My client has built a secure, fun, and collaborative environment. This includes a flexible working arrangement with just 1 day per week in their office in the CBD.

As the Lead BA, this person will bring with them strong experience across the Microsoft Dynamics Stack and excellent agile delivery skills. My client are on their way to becoming a fully agile environment, and they need your help to bring your years of best practice in agile delivery into the team to build their capability in this area.

What you'll do:

• Lead business process analysis and design across the organisation
• Drive automation and system integration aligned with digital strategy
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and UAT
• Deliver high-quality business analysis artefacts using Azure DevOps
• Optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other digital platforms
• Mentor junior BAs and champion Agile practices

What you'll bring:

• 6+ years' BA experience, including 2+ in a lead role
• Proven success in digital project delivery and stakeholder management
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Strong skills in process mapping, data analysis (Power BI), and documentation
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
