L2 Engineer - MSP

Join a high-performing, national MSP in Sydney who are looking for a L2 Engineer to join their team after huge growth and success across the country. They have a broad range of clients working with small, medium and enterprise businesses. You'll be part of a team of L1-L3 Engineers, supporting clients across hybrid and cloud environments, M365, Modern Workplace, Azure and Security.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide Level 2 support across desktop, server, network and cloud environments for a diverse client base

  • Support and administer Microsoft 365, Azure and Modern Workplace technologies (Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP and identity services
  • Troubleshoot networking issues across VPNs, firewalls and switching environments
  • Deliver hardware deployment and onboarding (laptops, desktops, mobile devices), including imaging, configuration and user setup
  • Act as an escalation point for Level 1 Engineers, while collaborating with Level 3 on complex issues and projects

Experience required:

  • Proven experience with L1-L2 support in an MSP environment
  • Ability to support M365 environments, Windows Servers, Active Directory and networking fundamentals i
  • Excellent communication skills and would be comfortable providing support to clients face-to-face
  • Technical capability across Intune, Azure, networking, firewalls and switching
