Junior Business Analyst

Contract: Permanent
Position Overview: As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with both the IT team and various business stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. You will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring that IT solutions meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Analysis:

• • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of workflows, data flows, and business rules to uncover opportunities for improvement.

1. Requirements Gathering:

• • Elicit and document clear and concise business requirements from stakeholders across different departments.

1. Solution Design and Documentation:

• • Work closely with the IT team to design innovative solutions that address business needs and align with overall company objectives.

1. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• • Develop test plans and test cases to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in a business analysis role or similar position.
• A candidate that has experience working on Infrastructre & Cyber Security projects would have a distinct advantage.
