In this newly created role, you'll be a key player in the Service Delivery team, contributing to incident management, change management, and process improvement while ensuring SLAs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver IT solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with their agreements.
• Monitor and optimise performance to meet high service levels, including SLA compliance and timely incident resolution.
• Collaborate with tech support teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide high-level technical support for key client accounts and act as the main contact for major incidents.
• Conduct proactive maintenance and reporting of client systems.
• Perform L2 Engineering tasks, including security patching and backend work.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
• Implement proposed changes in collaboration with the service delivery team.

What We're Looking For:

• ITIL Certification
• Experience with Microsoft services such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot
• Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably Azure
• 3+ years in a service focused role
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a consulting company or vendor
