Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Security Manager for a short-term project to implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS). This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders, identify security risks and vulnerabilities, and ensure the implementation of policies necessary for a successful ISO audit.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to identify security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Implement policies and procedures required for the ISMS.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
• Review policies and reports from auditors and communicate technical requirements to business leaders.
• Provide guidance and support in the implementation of cybersecurity best practices.
• Analyse complex technical concepts and convey them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing an ISMS
• Worked in a similar role within IT Security Management
• Quick understanding of business context, particularly in software development environments.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Strong technical understanding to interpret auditor reports and translate technical requirements to business leaders.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
