Join a high-growth business with a great culture in a hands-on IT Manager role. You'll maintain core IT operations, uplift the organisation's technology posture, and drive new projects and change initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations while leading and supporting a small team (80% hands-on).
  • Manage and maintain core systems and infrastructure.
  • Partner with C-level leadership to translate business needs into actionable IT initiatives.
  • Oversee integrations across Shopify, Siligo, Netsuite and related ecommerce platforms.
  • Ensure efficiency and reliability across ecommerce, websites, and internal applications.
  • Lead the Netsuite integrations project and broader ERP uplift.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Support AI adoption and emerging technology initiatives.
  • Maintain strong standards across documentation, governance, and data accuracy.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • NetSuite expertise
  • Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and support functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical IT solutions.
  • Experience in a retail or ecommerce environment is highly desirable.
