HRIS Business Analyst

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups and deep‑dive sessions to capture and translate business requirements
  • Develop process maps, functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration documents
  • Support system design, configuration, testing, data migration and deployment activities
  • Monitor data quality, process compliance and alignment to policies and regulatory requirements
  • Identify, track and escalate risks and issues; contribute to mitigation planning
  • Prepare progress reports and present findings to senior stakeholders
  • Support change management activities including communications, training materials and end‑user training
  • Collaborate with internal teams, SMEs and external vendors to deliver a high‑quality solution

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant business‑related discipline
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Solid understanding of HR systems and best‑practice processes
  • Experience delivering or supporting SAP SuccessFactors

Highly Regarded:

  • Certified in SuccessFactors across at least 1 module, multiple would be great
  • Exposure to large, multi‑site organisational environments
  • Previous experience within major transformation or systems implementation projects
