Job description

I am working with a leading financial sercvies organisation based in Melbourne who are about to kick off their SuccessFactors implemenation. This is a high profile program with executive sponsorship for at least a 2 year period. They have just closed off the tender process and have selected SuccessFactors and UKG as their preffered vendors.

The hiring manager is looking for someone that has lived through a couple of large scale implementations within a corporate environement and understands the candence of delivery, knowing which API Layers to implement and what levers to pull and when.

Key skills and experience:

  • Manage and maintain requirements traceability.
  • Develop L1-L4 process maps
  • Design and maintenance of functional specification documents
  • Develop and maintain required artifacts
  • Organise and manage the UAT testing environment.
  • Experience working in ERP/HCM/Payroll system implementations - SAP is highly regarded.
  • Experience across multiple modules of SuccessFactors including EC, Onboarding 2.0, RCM, Learning and Goals management.

Certifications across any or multiple of these modules would be fantastic.
