What you'll be doing

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team
  • Driving initiatives that unlock growth, improve profitability, and enhance enterprise value
  • Overseeing all aspects of financial and management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Managing cash flow, treasury, and covenant reporting with precision
  • Owning tax compliance and risk management strategies
  • Leading external audit processes and statutory reporting
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that shape strategic decisions

What you bring

  • CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years' experience in senior finance roles
  • Proven leadership in complex, fast-moving environments-ideally ASX-listed or similar
  • Strong technical reporting skills and commercial acumen
  • Experience in audit, tax, compliance, and financial planning
  • Big 4 or mid-tier background highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
