Ambition has partnered with a Brisbane based business looking to expand across their development team to find them 2 Full stack developers. This is a permanent role based in Brisbane within a tight-knit group.

Your roles and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the design team to create functional yet creative UI
  • Collaborate across software architecture, design, and development
  • Lead the implementation of new and redesign features
  • Improve user experience using UI design principles and making applications work intuitively
  • Develop technology to best practices and standards
  • Continually enhance and update coding standards

Skills required:

  • Mid - level experience with PHP, Python, RESTful API, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 and other web technologies
  • Experience with MVC frameworks (like Laravel or Symfony), various JavaScript frameworks (like React or Vue) and responsive web design
  • Strong understanding of large and complex code bases, including API design techniques to help keep them clean and maintainable
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean development processes
  • Familiarity with OOP and design patterns.
