Job description

The client is a leading provider of asset servicing and asset management to corporations and institutions worldwide. The role sits in the superannuation and unlisted trust division and provides end to end financial control, financial reporting for the firm and it's clients. As a senior financial & tax contractor, you will lead the Financial, Regulatory and tax reporting objectives for year end, coordinataing the process and delivering accurate financial statements, tax and other documents and disclosures

  • Review all aspects of financial reporting including trial balance reporting, distribution calculations, statutory accounts, tax returns and BAS
  • Identify and provide practical solutions to accounting, tax and legal issues for a wide range of clients.
  • Liaise with clients and auditors as a senior point of contact as required.

There role is a 6 month contract initially, but candiadtes from permanent positions will also be considered as their are long terms plans for the position.
