Financial Controller

Our client, a prominent multinational manufcturer is looking to grow their team by adding an experienced Financial Controller.

This role is pivotal in overseeing the full spectrum of financial management, business partnering, and reporting for the local region. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic initiatives within a flexible and growing company.

Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller, this role would be well suited to someone from a SME background, who likes being involved and being hands-on with experience across product environments such as Manufacturing or FMCG.

Duties:

• Oversee and manage the consolidation of financials and provide timely and accurate management reporting.
• Deliver concise and timely analytics to support business decisions and drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including financial accounting, tax, and audit standards.
• Lead the annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes, including the development of financial projections and analysis of variances.
• Manage key costing and pricing strategies, and productivity indicators to support sales growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CA/CPA Qualified with 8 -10 years of commercial experience.
• Industry experience across a product environment such as manufacturing, retail or FMCG will be preferred.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP essential) and Microsoft Office.
