Financial and Sustainability Reporting Manager

We're partnering with a leading business to find a talented Financial and Sustainability Reporting Manager who can drive financial performance while leading the charge on ESG strategy and reporting.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of both financial reporting and sustainability initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leadership to deliver insightful financial analysis and develop a comprehensive sustainability road map. Please note, this role is full time on site.



Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

  • Lead monthly group consolidation and management reporting
  • Support senior leadership with real-time financial analysis
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting for designated business units
  • Develop financial models and business cases
  • Oversee statutory reporting and compliance
  • Mentor junior finance team members

Sustainability Strategy

  • Identify ESG trends and develop a sustainability road map
  • Conduct bench marking and gap analysis
  • Secure external funding (grants, environmental markets)
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and codes of conduct
  • Collaborate with marketing and stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives
  • Support sustainability communications (website, annual report, AGM)

About You

You're a strategic thinker with a strong financial background and a passion for sustainability. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy driving change.







What You'll Bring

  • CA/CPA qualification with 5+ year's experience in accounting
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
  • Experience in ESG reporting and sustainability strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Project management and strategic planning capabilities
  • Understanding of agribusiness and supply chain sustainability (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel to regional sites as required
