Financial Analyst- FP&A

Responsibilities:

• Assist on insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support financial planning.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management, providing clear insights.
• Partner with various business units to provide financial guidance and drive performance.
• Support the FP&A function with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Get involved with the financial accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Contribute to technology and process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• CA/CPA accreditation is essential.
• Between 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in FP&A, Business Partnering, and Financial Accounting.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for driving business performance and process improvement.
• Comfortable working in a high-paced, and collaborative environment.
