Financial Analyst

Responsibility:

• Create and share detailed financial reports and dashboards with senior management, highlighting key insights.
• Assist the FP&A team with budgeting, forecasting, and analysing variances.
• Provide valuable financial analysis to help guide decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and forecasting.
• Work closely with different teams to offer financial advice and boost performance.
• Take part in financial accounting tasks, making sure everything is accurate and up to standard.
• Get involved in technology and process improvements to streamline financial operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• CA/CPA accreditation is essential.
• Between 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in FP&A, Business Partnering, and Financial Accounting.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for driving business performance and process improvement.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
