Financial Accounting Manager

This ASX-listed business is a household name and goes from strength to strength. As a senior member of the finance team, the Financial Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring that the day to day financial management of the business is sound via the preparation of accurate and timely financial management reports, whilst also providing support and guidance to members of the finance team and various business stakeholders.

Reporting to the Financial Controller/Company Secretary, the key to your success will be your ability to oversee the daily operations of the accounting support team, preparation, review and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly financial management reports, co-ordinating and preparing the annual financial budget models and the half and annual audit requirements.

Ideally you will be naturally sales and service orientated, have high attention to detail and sound analytical skills. Your ability to bring the best out in a team is also paramount. This organisation is currently offering a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days from the office, 2 days from home.
