About the Client:
Our client is a leading business in the property sector and due growth and expansion, they are seeking a Financial Accountant. The position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of property accounting for the assigned portfolio including financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting and all associated reporting.

If you have at least 3 years of commercial experience or 3 years experience at a Mid Tier firm , this is an exciting opportunity to further your career with one of the best businesses in Australia.

The Role:
As the Accountant, you will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for:

• Delivery of monthly management reporting for the assigned portfolio
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Financial statements including budget analysis
• Consolidating data and preparing records for diverse audits
• Process improvements and assist in streamlining processes for month end
• Ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• CA/CPA Qualified or near qualified
• Chartered background from either Mid Tier or Big 4
• High system proficiency - exposure to various systems and large dataset
• Ability to communicate with both financial and none financial stakeholders
