Senior Financial Accountant | $120K + Super | Northern Beaches & North Ryde

Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic financial analysis across multiple business units. This role offers broad exposure beyond technical accounting, allowing you to develop commercial acumen in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-end and year-end reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations
• Tax compliance - BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax
• Financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Managing external relationships, including auditors and business partners
• Assisting in cash flow management and system development projects
• Supporting junior finance team members

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• CA Qualified, audit-trained (Big 4 or Mid-tier ideal)
• Strong technical accounting knowledge & attention to detail
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Xero is an advantage
• Must have a car - ability to travel between Northern Beaches & North Ryde
