About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining financial processes. You'll be responsible for financial reporting, budget preparation, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers exposure to high-level financial projects and the chance to make a meaningful impact on a renowned company within the food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage monthly financial reports and statements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial decision support
About You:
To excel in this role, you will have:
- CA or CPA qualification (essential)
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing or FMCG sector
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems preferred
