About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining financial processes. You'll be responsible for financial reporting, budget preparation, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage monthly financial reports and statements
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes
  • Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial decision support

About You:

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • CA or CPA qualification (essential)
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing or FMCG sector
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems preferred
