Financial Accountant

Job description

We are partnered with a high growth organisation, who are in Bankstown. Currently seeking a CA or CPA qualified Financial Accountant to join their business on a 3 - 6 month contract.

To apply, candidates must have at least 3-4 years of industry accounting experience.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Perform ad hoc financial tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or CA qualification
  • 3-4 years of experience in financial accounting or related role

Benefits:

  • $100,000 - $130,000 base + Super
