The Role

As the Finance Systems Manager, you will own their NetSuite environment. With your strong finance foundation, you will drive configuration, integrations, automation, and reporting across finance, operations, inventory, and sales. You are more than a systems operator; you are the translator between finance strategy and technical execution.

Role Responsibilities:

• Configure, enhance, and maintain NetSuite modules, workflows, and controls
• Design and manage integrations into NetSuite from POS, eCommerce, inventory, procurement, and CRM systems
• Lead testing (functional, integration, UAT), change control and deployment within NetSuite
• Ensure data integrity, perform reconciliations, set validation rules, and embed controls into system workflows
• Build reports and dashboards using NetSuite data to deliver financial and operational insights
• Establish and maintain AP and AR governance controls, including segregation of duties.
• Administer and gatekeep the creation of new GL accounts.
• Provide user support, training, and solutions across teams using NetSuite
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities inside NetSuite
• Manage vendor relationships, system security, user access, backups, and documentation

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or similar
• Solid foundation in finance and accounting: you fully grasp financial processes, controls, and reporting
• 5+ years in finance, accounting, or blended finance/systems roles
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite essential
• Experience designing system integrations, working with APIs, writing data queries
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate across finance, operations, and technical teams
• Comfortable managing change control, system upgrades, and vendor relationships
