Finance Reporting Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Reporting Manager to this growing business. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of financial reporting and play a crucial part in our financial operations.

• Manage the financial reporting process, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements and quarterly reports.
• Develop and implement accounting and finance policies.
• Lead financial reporting projects, such as changes in accounting standards.
• Assist with risk management and business continuity plans.
• Provide commercial assessments on branch viability.
• Offer technical advice on accounting matters.
• Manage relationships with external auditors.
• Ensure statutory compliance and prepare returns for Payroll Tax, Workcover, BAS, and ASIC requirements.
• Prepare forecasts and cashflows.
• Identify and implement new technologies to streamline workflows.
• Manage treasury operations and relationships with banks.
• Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

• CPA or CA qualification.
• Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in managing a finance team and working in an inventory-related business (preferred but not essential).
• Strong analytical, organisational, verbal, and written skills.
