ECP/SAP Payroll Analyst

Job description

My client is a well known brand within the 'for-purpose' space here in Melbourne. Over the past couple of years, they have implemented a full suite SuccessFactors solution including EC, Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, Performance & Goals, Learning Management and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). They also have UKG Workforce Dimensions.

In this role, you will be part of my clients BAU HRIS team covering the above technical specialties. This team looks after support and technical configuration across both EC and ECP. They recently went live with ECP, and we are looking for someone who has a deep technical background in SAP Payroll. This person will be required to gather business requirements from various stakeholders, along with designing and building deliver technical configurations to improve the platform.

Key skills & experience:

  • Previous experience in a technical role delivering SAP Payroll/ECP improvements.
  • Knowledge around work schedule rules, personal calculation rules, and wage type configuration.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS processes and procedures. We are looking for someone who knows how to 'look under the hood' of various SuccessFactors modules and guide stakeholders on how to improve the platform.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Awards, EBA's & Legislation. This organisation has 9 EBA's that need interpreting and configured into the system.
  • Experience in dealing with a range of senior stakeholder groups.
  • The ability to drive change management practices to ensure a high level of user engagement.
