Lead the establishment of an enterprise Data function within an innovative Tech scale-up.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement high-performance, scalable data infrastructure solutions, encompassing ETL, data warehousing, and master data management systems.
Establish frameworks, protocols, and governance models to support the creation of scalable, reusable, and automated data resources.
Develop automated reporting systems for commercial insights and operational performance.
Oversee the organization's data infrastructure and implement a global data governance model, ensuring adherence to SLAs and comprehensive documentation standards.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance BI and reporting efforts, driving continuous improvement across the business.

Key Requirements

Demonstrated success in creating data analytics solutions and recommending insights and reporting strategies to support business decision-making.
Extensive experience in managing databases, reporting, and presenting analytics insights to diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong background in modern data infrastructure, including ETL processes, data lakes, and data warehouses.
Experience with Data orchestration tools such as DBT, Airflow and Step Functions will be highly regarded.
Proven ability to implement and manage master data management, governance, and data security systems and processes.
Proficient with BI tools.
Solid understanding of data analysis workflows and experience leading analytics functions within an organisation.
