About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst/Business Analyst to join our team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide strategic recommendations.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  
• Support the implementation of new technologies and data management systems.
  
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus.
