Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketer with a passion for customer journeys and campaign execution? We're looking for a CRM Executive / Manager ready to step up and take ownership of end-to-end CRM campaigns in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ambition are working with an established business to help them recruit a CRM Executive / Manager to support on an ongoing transformation project on their Salesforce platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our CRM Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage with our customers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Campaign Ideation: Developing creative and strategic CRM campaign concepts that align with business goals.
  • Campaign Design: Mapping out the customer journey and designing what each campaign looks and feels like.
  • Email Creation: Building responsive email templates using HTML and ensuring they're visually engaging and on-brand.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the Legal and Calendar teams to ensure campaigns are compliant and scheduled effectively.
  • Execution & Scheduling: Managing the campaign calendar and ensuring timely delivery across channels.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing role.
  • Basic to intermediate HTML skills for email template creation.
  • A creative mindset with a strong eye for design and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce would be a bonus, however experinece with other CRM platforms would be fine (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, etc.)
