Corporate Actions Specialist - Multiple Contract Roles

The Client

Due to upcoming tax and dividend seasons, this growing financial services firm has a number of contract roles within their corporate actions team.

Positions will initially last for between 3 - 6 months, but this company has a proven track record of converting top performers into future permanent roles.

If you have experience in corporate actions and/or wider investment operations then this is a great opportunity to further develop your skills while working in a nurturing and professional environment.

The Role

  • Manage all Corporate Actions events including income events (dividends, income, distributions), takeovers, mergers, buybacks and share splits.
  • Establish control records for each corporate action.
  • Communicate with internal external stakeholders to ensure events are effectively monitored.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to client portfolios. Resolve these as directed.
  • Perform account reconciliations as they relate to corporate actions.

The Candidate

  • At least 6 months experience in corporate actions or wider investment operations.
  • A proven track record of high achievement.
  • An enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
