About the Client

My client is a multinational manufacturer who has a prescence in APAC, Europe, The Americas, The Middle East and Africa. The business' global revenue is $5.6bn, having close to 60 companies, 6000 employees AND 100,000 customers worldwide. The ANZ business has revenue of around $400m, with 4 companies and 270 employees. They have great staff tenure, a warm, family-feel environment and offer flexible working.

About the Role

My client is looking for a commercial analyst who will support the finance team as the business' lead analyst. You will not only assist with supporting the budgeting/forecasting process, but you will also be responsible for creating a 'new look' commercial finance function within the business. This includes improving on and building reporting capabilities and data visualisation tools, improving processes, as well as engaging with stakeholders and senior management to drive profitability and support commercial decision making within the business.

About You

You are someone who's not afraid to facilitiate meetings and workshops with your stakeholders to understand their needs. You will also be a data lover - familiar with data warehousing, extraction of data from a data lake, manipulation of data, and most importantly, analysis of data to build reporting solutions using SAP and PowerBi for your stakeholders.

End-to-end data management, stakeholder engagement and the ability to create reports from scratch are the 3 key skills for this role and are a must have! Previous experience creating a commercial finance function within a business will be looked at very favourably.
