Commercial Analyst

Ambition are currently partnered with an ASX listed digital brand who are currently looking for a Commercial Analyst to join their team on a fulltime basis in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in preparing management reports, working with budgets and forecasts and would have previously partnered with various senior stakeholders within a business.

As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the businesses financial decision-making processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Partner with the organisation's cross functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Month end reporting and activities.
• Assist with business cases preparation.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• CA or CPA Fully Qualified
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in management reporting and partnering with stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, demonstrated through prior partnering experience
• Advanced Excel and Power BI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
