The Role:

This is a highly visible role where you will support performance across several business units while partnering with operational leaders.

Your day to day will include:

• Turning data into clear insights that support smarter business decisions
• Reviewing performance trends and highlighting risks and opportunities
• Preparing regular reporting packs for leadership
• Supporting planning cycles including budgets and forecasts
• Building financial models to test initiatives and guide strategy
• Assisting with pricing reviews and margin improvement
• Keeping a close eye on costs, profitability, and cash flow drivers
• Working cross functionally with teams across sales, marketing, operations, and finance
• Helping refine reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency

About You:

• CA or CPA qualified, or close to completion
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
• Comfortable handling large data sets and drawing meaningful conclusions
• Confident communicator who can engage with both finance and non finance stakeholders
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP will be highly regarded
• Experience within FMCG, retail, or a product driven environment
