Job description

A leading full-service bank is expanding its Security Services and Prime Brokerage Client Service team. As a Client Service/Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of fund services, meeting and exceeding client expectations as part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships to ensure the highest operational service level
  • Utilize early warning process to identify and resolve client service issues before they are escalated
  • Run standard change agendas and service reviews with clients
  • Identify and understand client requirements across the entire securities services value chain in order to proactively make recommendations and process improvements to meet client needs
  • Maintain high standard of client deliverable and query resolution outputs through continual review and training
  • Track all Client deliverables and queries against SLA

Required Experience:

  • An operational background in funds management/custody.
  • Great communication skills and enjoy client facing experience
  • A good attitude. Confident and decisive with excellent time management skills
