We're partnering with one of Australia's fastest-growing investment managers - a high-performing, insto backed player in the private credit space - to find an experienced Client Services Manager to lead a growing operational team in Sydney. With 300 + staff and offices in Sydney (CBD), Melbourne, Brisbane and abroad, this leadership role offers real scope, senior stakeholder exposure, and strategic impact across capital raising, fund liquidity, and client operations.

What You'll Own

  • Oversight of all investor lifecycle activities - onboarding, KYC, applications, redemptions, and registry updates
  • Review and support capital calls, unit issuance, and reconciliations
  • Work cross-functionally with key internal teams to support fund liquidity and capital deployment
  • Provide guidance and escalation support to the Client Services team
  • Ensure investor operations are efficient, compliant, and investor-first
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, process, and reporting

About You

  • Strong experience in investor operations, client services or property - ideally in debt, private credit or real assets
  • Confident managing a high-performing team and leading from the front
  • Capable of holding your own in conversations with senior internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with capital raising operations, liquidity management, and loan/fund structures
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
