Application Support Analyst

Opportunity

I have an Application Support Analyst role - my client is am Australian FMCG business. The role will be to lead functional support for Dynamics 365 - Finance & Ops, managing application support & admin, business analysis, system enhancement and project / system implementations.

You will partner with business units and vendors to troubleshoot issues, translate requirements into technical specs, and coordinate system enhancements.

About you (non-negotiables)

  • Experience as a business analyst, functional consultant or application support in the ERP space
  • D365 Finance and Operations experience required
  • Technical capability: comfortable to a configuration or customisation level
  • Analytically minded: strong documentation skills, including process mapping and functional specs.
  • Experience coordinating with external partners and system integrators.
