We have a rare, exciting and extremely attractive position within our Banking & Finance team based in the CBD.

This fantastic opportunity is to work alongside experienced, driven and committed consultants with a focus on top talent attraction and delivery on behalf of our established funds and asset management client base.


This role requires a quick thinking, pro-active and analytical mind to work in a team based environment to oversee the on-going attraction of a best in class candidate pipeline for our funds and asset management clients, as well as play a leading role in client relationship management.
You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, market mapping and identifying the best candidates for a broad range of vacancies. In addition you will create candidate engagement and sourcing initiatives to maintain a strong flow of candidates, database management, as well as play an active part in sourcing, selecting and qualifying candidates for active roles.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and driven recruitment professional with a passion for delivering the highest standard of client service in a competitive and fast paced environment. You will have experience within a recruitment environment and be seeking a role that does not have a high level of business development requirement. It is expected that you will have strong IT skills and a high level of attention to detail. Confident with exceptional communication skills, you will be deadline driven, highly organised and able to multi-task along with having an ambitious spirit!

The Position:

We have recently created a new position within our Sydney commercial finance team, dedicated entirely to executing and delivering mid-level and senior finance, commercial and strategy recruitment assignments.

This new position will be responsible for partnering and recruiting for some of Sydney's most well-known and blue-chip companies. Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to: talent pipe-lining, building of talent dashboards, creating monthly and quarterly reporting for the external market and managing social media content on talent in the marketplace, hiring sentiment and industry trends. This position will attend client job pick-ups and may be involved in preferred supplier client account management, per successful candidate preference.
