An internal move as a result of a current employee's development plan has resulted in a rare opportunity for a talented individual to join their Corporate Finance function as a Senior Financial Analyst.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing insightful analysis and recommendations on large scale M&A transactions and modelling financial scenarios to understand the impact of capital transactions against the group's long term strategy. You will also deliver insights on various ad-hoc projects as requested by C-Level executives and support the long term, strategic financial plan at a group level through liaising with a variety of senior stakeholders.

Prior experience supporting transactions in the Property/Development sector gained within Investment Banking, Big 4 Corporate Advisory or industry will be highly regarded. Ideally, you will be CA/CFA qualified with a deep understanding of capital transactions and the development life cycle with exceptional financial modelling skills. This role will also suit an individual who enjoys being challenged regularly and is looking for a role where variety will be commonplace.
